About Me

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. My wife, our three cats, and a dog all live in central Edmonton. We enjoy checking out the festivals and new food options that the city has to offer. We also love heading to the mountains in the warmer months of the year.

My blog is about our travels, projects I'm working on, politics, diabetes, photography, gaming, food and other musings about life.

I shoot with a Leica Q, though not nearly enough. Hopefully, this year (2025), I pick up a camera more and add some of that content here.

I am a type 1 Diabetic and have been on a CGM/pump setup for over a year now. I quickly transitioned to what is called "Looping" using an iOS application called Trio. More to come on that later.
